What Does the Cambridge Analytics Scandal Mean for Marketers?

Facebook's new privacy laws are a reinforcement of the EU DPD that has already been around for eight or nine years. The fact that you have to have a social security number to be able to run ads that may be political sounds good, but many people aren't running politics. There's so many ads being created on Facebook that they cannot handle them all through manual review. I don't think that's going to be sustainable.
