The Story of Ibn Batuta
Ibn Batuta spent six days wandering the wilds of India, surviving on herbs and water. He was eventually found by a Muslim man who carried him to another village that had a government office. Ibn Batuta would spend several days in the city as the guest of the governor before boarding four large cargo ships with 100 horses and 200 slaves. The company then traveled further south until they reached Camp Bay - today called Camp Bod.
