Did They Find the Satellite Again?
Deep space probes often have multiple computers, and they'll have mechanisms for if a sort of fail over from one to another. Every so often you can reload new code in there and say, start executing again. The way it actually works is tThere's a deep space tracking network that's a bunch of radio antennas in different places on the earth. And as the earth rotates, different antennas will be lined up to communicate with a deep space probe that's near jupiter or past neptune.
