CNN's John Defterios asks: Would a prosecutor ever consider impact on the country when deciding whether to bring charges? "I have a really hard time believing that one individual's truth social post about unrest in the country is going to make prosecutors not do what they were planning on doing," he says. 'If there is legal accountability, that will be bad for the country in ways you cannot imagine,' defterios adds."There's also the question of is justice being applied as a standard in the way that it should be equally?"
