i'm curious, when it comes to shifting years like into the the actual presentation communication zone, you mentioned rituals preparation. What do you recommend? Is there a particular amount or approach that really works wonders making us feel confident and ready to go and deliver? Yes, the years when i would work with different content and copy, whether i was on stage or in front of the camera for a client. I remember some one many, many years ago, might have been a director or a producer, that was we were having this comment where they said, you know, it's not about memorization, it's about internalization.
