Well there are optimistic patients that probably you know will tell you mad won’t care I'll be okay and theyDon't really pay attention when told of side effects. Now that's for the optimistic patient the optimistic ideal patient now you have a lot of more pessimistic patients. You also have external factors such as someone else's personal experience with the drug so they'll tell you oh this is really bad for you.
