What's in It for the Assistant?
There are about five to 600 assistants employed at any given moment. They can kind of come and go as they please, so there's a good chance some of the 500 will no longer be with us. What keeps them motivated is that 'they are really in it with me', he says. The job is like a scavenger hutting - you get paid more for the more tasks you do. He also has his own blog where people can ask him questions or find out new information.
