When you walk into the dressing room on that first day then, training, inevitably, you're coming in in the aftermath of a manager that's been dismissed. So things might be flat or not working or maybe a bit dysfunctional. What do you do to lift the mood before you then start to get the utens to bring that intensity and the kind of more thoughtful approach to training that you describe it?
