Your Own Commander in Chief - How Do You Access That Higher Level of Thinking?

When i'm livid or frustrated, now i'm responding with the belizard brain. Now it is the base level of my humanity that's taking over. How do you access that higher level thinking in order to put this mental model into action? This may sound funny, but it's really all about gamification. You know, this has to be a game that you play with yourself. It's not a game you play with any one else. And that's, that's kind of the most important takeaway, right?
