The Importance of Liquidity in Financial Markets
The only thing that matters in financial markets is time. So let's just say the recession starts on December 31st. That tells you the market probably should peak sometime in November. And so again, that's the one investors understand kind of the key takeaway from that analysis. If you're under invested, don't get fully max allocated and fully invested at this particular point in the cycle. Obviously, you need to have some exposure. We're not advocating people not participate, but don't be fully invested or getting fully invested because we understand that this is probably going to conclude it sometime.
