The Most Quality Sensitive People Will Be the First to Exit
There's an important kind of individual level hetorogeneity, where different types of people respond differently to the same changes in institutional quality. In some contexts, for instance, maybe the the highest quality members of an organization are the first to exit. Or in a different context, thy'regoin to be the first to use voice and the last to exit. And this is going to be determined by very specific parimeters of the situation that youare only really going to be able to tease out by looking closely at the situation.
