Is 6,000 Steps Better Than 5,000 Steps?

In the big picture setting of translating it into health and wellness, I will still say there's a question mark there. But on one hand for that guy that time, we're all going to bet, yes, 6,000 steps is better than 5,000 steps. We don't know if he was going to have a heart attack tomorrow or 10 years from now. So here you and I are talking about we are real people in real time with real measuring sticks also trying to improve our own performance and that of our children. Kevin: Why haven't you put those things on your children? You're depriving them of awareness.
