The Challenges of Modeling Public Opinion
Polling is a mix of an art and a science, says Cliff Lay. You can't just make assumptions about the population you're surveying on the grounds that they look demographically representative of really anything. People may or may not give you their honest opinion - even if it's necessary. But i wold say that it's a boasted challenge, but it's also a great opportunity.
