The Mariners' Season Preview

The Mariners are disappointing but I was clear that while yes I did think that they would be a wild card team prior to the season. They didn't sign any of the big marquee free agents and their offense is dependent on Julio staying as good as he had been last year. Jared Kellnick can be a good big leader although his June hasn't been as brilliant so basically the top line take away for the Mariners is that I did not feel that they had put themselves in a position to take advantage of potential missteps on Houston's part or more accurately injury issues on Texas' part.
