Using Ice in a Rehab Setting?

If you are experiencing pain an ice feels good for you, great play. I'm not going to tell you to stop doing that a unless it's something that i truly think is actually harming you. Ice constricts blood vessel and decreases how fast nerves are able to fire. Heat can be very helpful in helping clear out inflammation or get rid of any dead or dying cells. But if there's already an inflammatory process going on and we see external swelling, heat n not isn't necessarily the best mudality to utilize.
