Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone is a 2001 fantasy film directed by Chris Columbus. The film follows Harry Potter, whose life changes when he gets an invitation to study at Hogwarts. ITV used to run the Harry Potter series every year throughout October for Halloween.
