If we can't necessary sins, i can appeal thority, if that's the point. But unless a country is attacked by another country it cannot justly claim to have been legitimately provoked into any form of hard action. And therefore no legitimate provocation to took place which justifies a war which has killed tens of thousands of people already. This was not an unpredictable crisis.
