Six years later, Mr. Robinson comes back to your office with his wife. He'd initially when he first started him on levodopa carbidopa experience, the really profound improvement in his motor symptoms. But more recently has felt the effects of levodopa wear off after a couple of hours and is experiencing worsening slow shuffling stride and increasing unsteadiness. His wife also tells you that she's noticed some changes in his cognition over the past year. So this is clearly a case of more advanced Parkinson's six years down the line with the disease.
