Engineers are pretty free to talk to each other and request things from each other. But i do think that it's important for engineers to keep a little bit o slack in their calendars and schedules. Sometimes the right thing to do is, like, d prioritise maybe a longer running piece of work to just get something done to unblock another team. Think that's a platform asis,.
