Reddit - How Do You Structure Your Team?

reddit has three distinct teams, and within them some specialties. The biggest learning for me is that there are different types of community professionals. I have folks on my team who can walk into a room with the hadfields and the moys to calm people down. And then i have people on myteam who know how to think through every aspect of a system.
