Less than 10% of GI bleeding comes from the small intestine. Inflammatory bowel disease is something to consider in a young patient. A polyposis syndrome like familial adenomatous polyposis, that's something I'll think about. Oskultation of the chest is important because we want to see if that's angioictasia associated with aortic stenosis.
