Selling Longer Life Cycles Is a Good Idea
If you're starting a new company, you got to understand who your target customers are. And one of the reasons you could fail is if you're only targeting those super large enterprises that move slow. Sometimes you're better off if you focus on smaller companies that can move quickly. I equate selling to fishing. If you want to get a whale in the boat, well you have to have a net or whatever it is that's capable of bringing in a big fish.
