The Concept of Guilt
i would hope always read each other's works in a spirit of honesty and charity. Honesty means don't misquote, and charity means impose on it a reading that you think the author intended. What we are saying is that it might be healthier and more helpful if we ate between different kinds of feelings that we often just throw under the label of guilt. And so we're saying that if we think of guilt in the sense of remorse, it's a godly principle. We feel bad because the consequences of our actions have been injurious to those around us.
