Do You Need to Have Made the Mistakes to Simplify Coaching?
I was wondering whether you needed to have done all that work and made the mistakes yourself. That is such a good question. I think I needed to make the mistakes, but I don't think that I needed to tolerate the complexity that I was told I had to have. And so one of the things I'm really curious about, you know, as I'm learning coaching myself,. is how much I can replicate that when that might not be my natural disposition. But also I want to give it my own flavour.
