Is Hamstring Tendon Osteopathy the Most Common?
Hamstring tendon opathy is by far the most prevalent. You very occasionally see distal biceps femers tendon tenden opathy. How it behaves after activity and after your examination is really important. At least 50% of people who are referred to us with long term tendan pain actually don't have it, and they've been managed as a tendant. It's not done well. And related, as a clinition, you shouldn't make the worst with your examination. Shou'ld be sensitive to their response to loads. So ines where things like palpation, a hopeless or low load activities aren't helpful.
