I want to give the court every opportunity to behave responsibly before we do that. And I also want them to be encouraged to behave responsibly because they know we have a nuclear deterrent. If the threat of court packing is looming there, I hope that will be enough that maybe Roberts or Kavanaugh or Barrett or all three of them will say, you know what, let's keep the test.
