Is the Opioid Crisis a Consequence of the Economy?
The good jobs have largely gone from i live in michigan, and you go the these towns were there's no economic activity going on. The economy has collapsed for people at the bottom, and their behavior a has come tumbling after. So that would address directly your enriched early childhood education and riched environments. But just throwing more money at it is probably not enough because of there's other factors at work here.
