How Do You Have the Hard Conversation? I Don't Like You
I don't think you can ever have the conversation. We're not going to work together anymore because I don't like you. How I feel about my client is irrelevant. It's also technically unethical. There are better ways there are even if we hold that it is okay for a therapist. Tom experience and again this is a hypothetical.
