How to Teach Chest Expansion

Every time I teach junior medical students, I am meant to teach them chest expansion. It's a very difficult thing to do accurately. The bottom line is that if you think someone has a sinus infection, either make the diagnosis clinically and treat it... Right. Or... Get imaging. Get imaging. Got a CT scan. Okay. So right now, Art, do you say yes or no to chest expansion? I haven't done chest expansion in years,. In part because there's huge inter-operative operator variability. Sure.
