There is this mainstream narrative that PCOS is in hyperandrogen. And I think it's probably hyper estrogen, which is related to inflammation and endotoxin. So the way to start would be thinking about your food, thinking about seed oils, thinking about your sleep, minimizing cortisol, minimize stress,. That would be my first suggestion. But definitely you don't want to limit your carbohydrates. If anything, I would say, trading more carbohydrates and keep an eye on the thyroid.
