Introduction

Last episode, we talked about what really works well in applications. And today we're going to talk a little bit about what doesn't work so well. There are certain choices that people make in their essays. Sometimes they're big, sometimes they're small. But when those choices work really well, they lead to a really clear idea of who the applicant is and gives us an idea of what that person will add to our community.
