Is There a Love Story Going on in Your Book?
There is an underlying plot in your book which actually, in some way does connect with that idea of real life connection. And it's the fact that within your book, there's a love story going on. Anyone who's been through deep, possessive, adictive love and has then fallen out of that can kind of relate to that sort of idea being obsessed by this ghostly image of your former partner or ex-lover. It becomes a kind of metaphor for trying to grasp on to something that was real,. i guess, in much the same way that the woman functions in lagette.
