CNN's John Sutter talks to a psychologist about his new project, the virtual gratitude visit. The technique involves putting an empty chair across from you and finding words that go with it. When people do this, they reverse rolls and become the other person - giving them embodied cognition. This is where the cathorisis of integration happens in positive psychology says Sutter.
