It seems that at some point in the end of 2019, perhaps that the Chinese side decided kind of unilaterally to change the way both sides were mutually managing the border. Of course, there's a lot of details remain hazy about these points. The Indian government has really been reticent, they're not sharing information. So therefore, there is, when you are mystified, so am I, meaning everyone is mystified by this.
