The Effects of Legalization on Teenage Use
All crime in Colorado was down one year after legalization. And then teen use was well down. So something about the process of legalization seemed to yield a condition in which teenagers were less interested than they had been previously. But there's an interesting phenomenon on the supplier side, which is if now drugs can be had legally, people are going to go to the legal shop to buy.
