ETF Shares Have a Lower Expense Ratio Than Admiral Shares

Vanguard has about $6 billion how of security lending and you're able to acquire from that about $170 million of income to the fund, which helped to offset the expenses of the fund. And what are the reasons why ETF share classes have a lower expense ratio, although it's only one basis point lower than Admiral shares? That's exactly right. So, we work very, very closely with our counterparts in second lending. A lot of times, as Rich mentioned, they'll call Vanguard, 102% of whatever it is that you're looking to borrow. They then look to invest that into their fixed-income teams.
