How to Be a Successful Sales Leader

A sales leader's attitude, personality and approach to problem solving trickles down across their team. One of my first role-based onboarding programs was only successful because one of our RVPs who reported into the CRO was guiding the program. They built a culture that included time and pride around learning which drove teamwork and alignment. I think it is so interesting to see that leaders can be a tailwind for those sort of culture initiatives or they can render them completely useless by just not operating in that way.
