How Does the Snowball Method Work?

Actiol: Wouldn't you want to see the net amount you're paying out every month and the amount of debt declining? Hek, i don't know, elena, well, when i was paying off my credit cards, ecause i'll admit, i once upon a time did have a credit card balance. Just knowing that i had those paid off really helped me have the momentum that i needed to move forward. It's funny, because when i would start with people, i generally start off with that snowball method. But once we got some winds under their belt, i felt like we didn't really need it any more so we could switch over to the avalanche method.
