Predicting Executive Success in a Dynamic World

Stanford study identified two qualities that were most predictive of Executive Success. The first quality was the ability to perform well as a member of a team. Napoleon called this 4 o'clock in the morning courage, the kind of courage available to a person woken up at that time who has no time to prepare mentally or emotionally for a crisis.
