Pay Caesar First

President Obama says everyone should pay his fair share of taxes. He points to a Bible story about Jesus and the lady who gave more than anyone else. But he doesn't say, we're going to give you back your two pennies; that would have been an insult. The reason it's 70/30 is because there are some very special things with the 30%. So what's left? It's all about how you allocate the money.
