Most of our pension funds are sitting in huge man of commercial real estate investments. They rely on bond like income from 25 year office leases from blue chip corporates i to essentially meet their liabilities and meet the valuation. As soon as that is under threat, the entire system of valuation starts to crumble. I think its incredibly challenging macro story for a typical office landlord and office investor. It's a very cool way, and actually makes me rethink even some of the heat cam stop.
