Are We About to See the Golden Era of Adaptive Reuse?

For every six new jobs in a market, we believe that it creates one more multifamily unit demand. I think by creating these vibrant areas with more people living there that's more demand for retail and more people who want to have offices close to where they live now. So I think it's either going to be a virtuous circle or a vicious cycle. It's one or the other.
