The Moral Burden of Regulating Bitcoin
The SEC, like you mentioned, the CFTC have been fighting over who gets to regulate all this stuff. I think that's what gets Bitcoiners the most mad because they do believe in free markets. A lot of these tokens again are finnity scams that are selling the world but really have no fundamental reason to exist. They are not necessary to perform the function that they're marketing that they're performing.
