Outbound Investment Screening Is a Good Idea

i don't know of any evidentiary finding that this has helped or hurt. We've maintained an open investment policy in the united states for a long time. It's quite beneficial to us. If we start to condition us investments abroad, we could expect similar actionby our investment partners. And i don't think that's good for the country. But nobody knows.
