I actually had recently on Kristina Pess more about social media marketing and she was recommending this book from Chris Was never split the difference. Main takeaway that I think it's a good tip is whenever someone is ignoring you and they don't want to reply is asking them have you how it's with how it is, how it is,. phrasing it. It can be strategically applied to anything not only business but really to achieve the life and lifestyle and the things that you want from life in a very non malicious way while you are influencing people, right? So I love the book studying it so far so good.
