Can I Edit Other People's Data?
Mobile users can't edit other people's data, they can only edit their own. We also have a desktop version of Map.io that will run on a laptop. It provides often a kind of centralization hub in that the phones will synchronize with a laptop. From there, create either export the data in a GIS format to then do something within something like QGIS or an online map.
