I think there's always this challenge where you look a copyright as a tool to achieve a certain aim. And one of t things we've experienced at e f f is that people are always using intellectual property as a way of achieving something in the digital space. If it doesn't work, you have this instinct to go, oh, we just need to enforce this even more drastically on the intenete. I think that's a really risky temptation to be drawn into. The licenses are good for setting expectations, they almost never get enforced.
