The Importance of Storytelling

I think whenever you're working with someone, if you assume that they've got some kind of positive intent from their perspective, then they want to be heroes. If we do remember that everyone wants to be a hero, then that helps you as a designer frame your response or the way that you work with them. So we start mapping out the story. We start understanding what makes them tick, what makes them feel like they've achieved what they were trying to achieve.
