Most programming languages support multitasking as part of their design. I've also done stuff with the boost on C to try and create the same thing on a more embedded environment. So I think they're going the right way. It probably won't magically make everything multitask. And I do worry about the kind of performance hit, which is always the great thing about a single loop. But it's definitely the right direction.
