How to Pastor a Church Where the Previous Pastor or Pastors Have Left
When you start the service, greet those who are visiting and it may be that the pastor is you're preaching. If you're in the middle of a series, catch people up. Say if you're new here, you haven't been here, we've been going through. It's just a way to acknowledge. Some people, younger people, especially are probably going to be really creeped out by that. The church I grew up in, why I started going to last 14, they used to do a thing and they called it holy pandemonium. We should do a whole podcast episode on that.
